  Vegas Movie Studio 9 crashes

  Everytime I try to open the project I’m currently working on, Vegas tells me an exception has occurred. When the project lays out on the screen, I notice a couple of my clips are red, if that information helps. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

  Seems possibly some of your media got corrupted somehow…
  You can quickly try running the ‘check disk’ utility and
  see if this corrects the prob. :

  Run – (type in) chkdsk c:/f ..then restart the pc.
