Using DJ in vegas 8
I can’t figure out how to add lower thirds to my video, I’ve checked out youtube and dj’s help site but I’m missing some thing along the way but I can’t get it to work. Does any one now how to use them?

Hmmm… the YouTube video is pretty much step by step. How far did you get? What didn’t you understand? What is it doing that you don’t want it to do?
You just drop them on a track, set the alpha channel, and create a text event on the track above to overlay it.

Can you direct me to the clip you saw, I was watching one and believe or not it was a kid demonstrating it.

If you’ll go to DJ’s site. I believe under support you’ll find step by step instructions on using DJ’s products in Vegas. They got all the tutorials there you’ll ever need.
You just need to set the alpha differently in Vegas than other NLE’s.
