hi! i was working on a project on vegas 8.0, them i import 20 new videos, ok!
theyra all mpge, and the viddeos that i was working on before, were all mpeg too!

ok, some of the videos just crashs the program when i import them, and others can be imported, but crashs when i put them on the timeline.

and now, that i import just the ones that could be imported, when i try to render the video in ANY format, th counter stay still on 0% and the “aproximated time left” only grows… than, when i cancel, the program stucks and i have to ctrl+alt+del

what can i do now???? have i lost all the work tht ive done?

it happened again in other project! today im importing lots of footage that i made yesterday with my camera.

a curious thing that i noticed right now is that it appears to be a limit of files inside the project… because i try a thing and look what we got:
from (for example) 20 video takes, that i try to import, and the problem happen, if i import at the same time all the 20, the program crashes… if i try to import just 10, the program dont crash, but if after that i try to import the NEXT 10, them it will crash..
BUT the problem isnt on those last 10, because if i import them FIRST, it wont crash.. and it will only crash when i import those previous 10…

    isnt that strange?
