  Picture help

  I am an experienced Sony Vegas user and have been using Vegas 8. I love it, until a few days ago I started having problems. After burning it to a DVD an watching it the picture looks weird, it kinda looks as if it goes out of focus or cant follow the movement. At first I thought this was a problem with my camera. That was until I watched the video straight from my camera to my TV and the picture looks perfect. Is there any way of telling if this problem is caused by Vegas? I also installed the Excalibur plug in. Would any of these programs cause this?
