  How to get a Pan and Zoom effect on a Still Image?

  I have a couple of photos that I’m putting into my video project and I want the “Camera” to pan across the image and zoom in to a specific spot. I’m sure its very simple to accomplish this effect but, as I’m new to AE, I’ll need some help. I have CS3.

  … because it also makes scaling easier. Try it.
