  Effects in Sony Vegas Movie studio 8??? Please help..

  does Movie studio 8 happen to have maybe a spin blur effect or something similar to it? where it rotates and blurs the image around any point in the clip. How about a motion blur effect? where it sort of recreates the blur effect of a camera or oblect moving to quickly?? Please help if you can..Im fairley new to the whole movie editing thing..and any info would help alot! Thanks!
