  FAST/SLOW MOTION ON SAME SEGMENT

  How can I get the fast ,slow and still motion on the same segment of footage? Like in alot of action movies, I know how to time stretch with the ctrl option, but it seems that I would have to use keyframe to got from slow, fast, normal etc….

  have you tried the velocity envelope? With points in place I’ve gone from “normal” to 300% speed down to 50% in the same clip and all sorts of inbetweens.
  Velocity envelopes are you friends!

  Thanks that seems to work, I’ve always seen those velocity envelopes but always taught it would be like in Acid , like a level adjustment and not a speed adjustment.
