you’ll find it in the Media Generators.
Or, right click the timeline and choose “Insert Generated Media.”

I don’t know but why does your Windows Start button not say “Start” and why does the windows docking bar have no icons on it? It may all be related??

You might try re-installing Vegas Pro. It looks like the ProType Titler plug-in has gone missing.
