  Stupid Question (sorry): problems printing to tape

  Hello, I asked a question yesterday and someone was nice enough to help me out (thanks again, by the way). Anyway, I felt silly after he told me and I fear I’m back in the same territory. I shot in standard 24p (2-3 pulldown) with a DVX100a and want to print to tape. I’ve already rendered my footage. I’ve checked the box under preferences/print device for 1394; Vegas recognizes the DV deck for capture; but when I go to print to tape and go through the steps I get stuck on the third step/screen – it won’t let me choose anything.

  Any thoughts, suggestions, or tomatoes thrown at my face in a vaudevillian fashion will be appreciated and/or understood.

  The Sony white paper I referred you to in the other post specifically address the “print to tape” procedure for 24p (pages 5 & 6).
  Have a look through it and make sure you’re following their steps.
