  timeline problems

  I am having problems with some of my video footage showing up more then once on the timeline. The strange thing is I only have one video track on the timeline. The original footage was edited in premiere pro (AVI format). It is editing parts in on its own. Example: footage that shows up at the 2-minute marker will flash in at the 5-minute marker for about 10 seconds then continue to play at the right spot. I played the original avi file in Media Player, Premiere, Canopus, it’s fine no problems.

  If you play it back from the project media window (not the timeline) are the ‘added sections’ there also?

  No, It only show up on the timeline
