ot edward troxel…
Posted by Leslie Wand on November 22, 2006 at 10:05 aman open letter just to say a heartfelt thank you to edward for his commitment to both excalibur and it’s users.
having had a small problem come to light, i emailed to this list – edward promptly picked this email up, asked for details, and within days i am up and running. i know no other way of saying thanks (well money’s always a good one i know, but hdv beckons temptingly – and buying him dinner in outback australia is, how shall i put it, impractical?).
again edward, many thanks
leslie

November 22, 2006 at 3:29 pmLeslie, I agree with you on this as well. Edward has saved me from pulling out what little hair I have left more times than I can remember. He’s truly a valued member of the Vegas community.
BTW, I’ll be in his area this weekend visiting family and would be glad to take Edward & his family out to dinner at a fancy restaurant or take them shopping along Chicago’s Golden Mile (Sak’s, Gucci, Nieman Marcus, etc.) and send you the bill :-O

November 23, 2006 at 7:11 pmEdward is a class act. I had the pleasure to meet him since he does live
in my area. He showed me some really cool techniques in Vegas and Excalibur. My thanks to you Edward for being you willing to help out
your fellow editors! Also a big thanks for Excalibur, in my opinion the best purchase I have ever made, (not counting Vegas). Excalibur has saved me major time and headaches.Have a blessed Thanksgiving.

I can’t ask any more of a person. We’ve had a lot of fun with Excalibur over the years – huh?You are a “mench” among “menches”!
Best regards,
Graham “Grazie” Bernard
