    Hi all,
I’m working on a project which requires me to use quite a bit of music. The other night while trying to open/play all files in a folder(an album) Vegas 7 crashed(I won’t be doing that again, although Windows Media Player seems to handle this task fine). Since that point on start up I receive the following message:
! The last session did not complete properly.
You can restore the autosaved version that was opened, but you should use the
save as command to rename it. Would you like to restore the autosaved
    project?
    Yes No

I’ve tried Yes and renamed, I’ve tried No but I still get this message on start up of Vegas. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to get Vegas to not give this message? I also tried returning Vegas to factory defaults and saving another project with no apparent problems, no dice.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

It should go away if you shut down Vegas through the File >Exit command.

Thanks Gary, did the trick. Thought I tried that one but evidently not.
