I just rendered a clip with vegas5 to mpeg2 then the audio to 3….My question is i left the intro off with their names……maybe a 6 second clip.
Whats the best way to do this and then connect them? I have dvdA……
    Thanks, Gary

You could render the Intro as a separate clip then make its End Action to play the main clip.

What about audio? – if you need audio such as music to continue through from one to the other, you’d be better off re-rendering the whole thing, but if the Intro has either its own separate audio or none, then the End Action should be ok.

Thanks for your reply….I found where end action is located in dvda….I don’t need music on it. But when do you connect the two clips and how? How do you use end action? Thanks Gary

First Add the intro clip and the main clip. If the main clip doesn’t need it’s own thumnail on a menu, drag it to the project overview panel on the left
Now double click the intro button to open it – the timeline should be available below.
Under Media properties on the top right, select End Action – Command should read Link, and Destination should be set to the name of the main clip.
