  Effect help

  Im currently working on a project with an action sequence that I would like to add an effect to, but im not sure of what the effect is called. It looks really choppy almost like a strobe light and sort of in slow motion, but with normal lighting.

  Right click the video clip, select Properties and lower the Undersample rate. Try 0.5 as a start and lower this value if it’s not enough.
