  Vegas 7.0 Only audio loads in timeline when trimming

  I was able to successfully trim several different sections and insert into timeline, all from the same video file. However after the first five clips now when I try to put into timeline it only pastes in the audio–no picture. Any suggestions?

  When you have dragged to make a selection in Trimmer, you can have Video only, Audio Only or Both – use the Tab key to toggle round these options.

  (The problem was probably caused by exactly where (how high) your mouse was pointing when you dragged.)

  Thanks peter–I eventually just reloaded the clip into the trimmer and it worked after that, but I did find the option you were talking about.
