Seeking a shot of nigth sky with stars in it
Can anyone lend a hand – this is a shot in our new film Salvation, 2 gals looking up in the sky seeing stars and commenting on them.

How about a thought I had after posting……
Find a good quality still shot on a night sky on the web, then use a slow pan/scan? If you don’t need the actors in the shot, this is what I’d try.Charlie

on the sony forums yesterday, saw a star wars thread – about creating the star wars intro text
had a star field backdrop, completely convincing
now, here’s the point: was all done in vegas – no external pics etc. Can download the veg from the thread. created the stars using noise generator
