I’m trying to do a video something close to this.
    https://marksd2167.blip.tv/

I know I can’t do the mosaic effect, but I’m trying to do
The opening 30 seconds and after the mosaic effect.
I’m mixing video and photos. Both video and photos will
Appear as a photo, but when passed over the video will play.
I tried to do this, but I couldn’t get the background to look
large enough to “fly though” like in this video.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Mark.

I had never followed the link to look at the example. I’m assuming you’re meaning the section where it’s like everything is on a bulletin board and it’s zooming and panning around that board. The simple answer is Yes. Basically you would create one VERY LARGE image containing both the backdrop AND the individual photos, drop it on the timeline, and then use Pan/Crop to zoom and pan as needed.
