i have a bunch of dvds that ive ripped the vob by chapter with dvd decrypter and when i load the vob into the timeline – it brings vegas to 100cpu for an abnormal amount of time as it loads the pictures display on the timeline and/or counts the frames in the preview window which i see is in a busy state by the frame number trying to count. it will load eventually but just extremely slow.

i have done this process previously and its worked great and quick so dont know why some dvds are normal and some are slow.

i have tried changing the settings in dvd decrypter to no avail.
ive also tried to convert the vob to mpeg or to another vob with win2avi and im not happy with the quality setting as sometimes the audio goes out of sync or the video has artifact between scenes.
ive also tried vob2mpeg (i believe this was the name) and the mpeg wasnt playable while the original vob was.

id really just like to get vegas to load it normally 🙂
thanks for the help and time!
