  problem capturing video

  hi all,

  i have a problem capturing video using sony vegas 6 (via firewire), when i click the video capture button nothing happens.
  i tried to work around the problem by capturing the video using windows movie maker, it worked fine. i then proceeded to load the video in vegas and dragged it to the timeline, the video automatically showed in the timeline but the audio didn’t show. can somebody help?

  From which cam are you capturing?? If using a DV camera, you use the external video capture and if capturing HDV, you use the internal capture program.
