    Hello I just bought a JVC hard drive camera (GZ NG37u)For Backup
    and Vacation Cam.. Video Capture recognizes the camera (With a Ding Dong) but will not capture files. I can transfer files to my Computer but vegas will not Import It appears that the Camera files are mpeg-2 Files. Any one run into this?? Rudy

    “The GZ-MG37 compresses video into the MPEG-2 format, with 2-channel Dolby Digital audio.”

    Vegas WILL import MPEG2 files. You just need to make sure the MPEG2 component is registered. Since the audio is AC3, you’ll need a later version of Vegas 6 or you’ll have to convert the audio to PCM.
