  “Motion Scanlines” Effect in Sony Vegas

  Hello

  I’m new on the Sony Vegas program, but I think I’m doing fine ;P

  I’m doing a game video (Medal of Honor), and I’ve seen others videos like that and they have a very nice effect. It is something like this, when you have motion you have scanlines, when don’t, well, you don’t. 😀

  Any ideas in how to do it in Sony Vegas?

  I hope that you can understand what I’m trying to say, sorry for the bad english.

  There’s an effect in the VideoFX tab in Vegas called TV Simulator that may do what you want. Try it and see.
