Block noise on occasion
Maybe someone can shed some light on this for me. I keep getting a sort of block noise flash for one frame on most of my projects that I do. It seems to appear randomly. I check the master, and it doesn’t seem to be there. I’m not sure if it’s coming from my VCR, External Hard Drive, or Vegas itself. It only happens on video that I shot (not stock footage) so I am leaning towards the VCR. It’s a JVC SR-20. It’s not dirty heads because it doesn’t show up on the master being played on the same VCR.
Like I said, it’s only on one frame, and may happen twice in a 3 minute project, but I still don’t like it.
Any help is always appreciated
