  Custom Cropping…

  Is there a way I can create a custom cut out for a video track?

  I am trying to cut out around a moving image, and have an overlay, only around the object, so everything but the object has been edited.

  Sounds like a need for the use of bezier masks for the cutout as well as keyframing for the moving object.
