  Best way to render a wmv

  Would like to render a “low-res” wmv. Each time I try, the video looks very fuzzy and, well, it looks like junk. The MPEG-1 and -2 look fine. Using VV3, what are the options I should choose to best render a wmv (size of file within reason)?
