  Looping a video for gifs (and similar)

  I am completly new to adobe after effect, in fact to the whole animation and
  Basicly i need to make a flag flap softly, then i need to render it and output tga files so i can use them in another software to make something similar to gifs, i mean i need the animation to loop and that first and last frame match and i see no “jump” after each restart. I know this should be simple, but like i said above i installed adobe after effect yesterday and i hope someone can help me in this.
