after capturing I notice audio and video are slightly out of sync after about 20 min
Can anyone help me, After I capture my video and place it in the timeline or view it on any other player, about 20 minutes into the video the audio starts to have a delay. Can anyone help, I would like to continue to capture videos with Vegas because the capture quality is great. I can use windows movie maker but the quality is just not the same.. Someone Please Help! Thanks

How are you capturing? Sounds like you are NOT capturing via firewire into a standard DV-AVI file. Can you tell us more about your setup?

No, I am not using firewire. I am using an svideo port in my computer, and my microphone input for my audio.. I have firewire ports but I dont have a camera with firewire. I am doing videos of sermons for my church and I just started using Vegas but I keep messing up the videos because if the sound.

Ok, buy yourself a convertor (such as the Canopus ADVC-100), connect the analog out’s of the camera to the analog inputs of the convertor, connect the firewire port of the convertor to firwire port on the computer, and then capture standard DV-AVI.
Until you do that, you will continue to suffer all kinds of problems.
