  LCD Photograph – Dots effect

  Hi there,

  Just wanting to know if there a LCD dots effect somewhere that recreates the feeling like you are taking a close-up of a LCD screen while displaying something?

  CC Ball Action works great for that,
  or overlay a fine grid and wiggle the opacity
