I would say the DVD sets by Gary Kleiner or Douglas Spotted Eagle.

For me, nothing beats “show and tell” …

I would go with Vegas 6.0 just because its the newest version. Being introduced and learning the software on the most recent version reduces challenges when upgrading.

Larry –

One thought would be to buy Vegas 5 and get the free upgrade to Vegas 6, that way you can have both.

Or just download the demo, open the help file, capture some
video and just “go for it” 🙂
