  Fire through Paper?

  Ok folks, I have another question for you.

  You can see there is an example of doing a “Bonanza” type effect where fire burns up a bit of paper.

  Now, I have looked but cant see a thread for doing this using PI, so I was wondering if anyone could point out a post to something like this.?

  If not, does anyone have an idea where to start for this effect? I did think of loading in the background image and then using an emitter which would be duplicated….one of them turned black (or a very dark colour).. so that it masks out the background image…and the other one just left to “burn”.
  Place the two emitters in the exact same spot and then run it.

  In my mind it may be able to give the same sort of effect as in the above thread… but I am new to PI so wanted some input before trying this out.

  (Or as said… if its already been done, then a link to it)
