  License problem

  Hello, i have problem with the license of pIllusion. My MacBook just crashed and i needed to reinstall it, thats why i lost the license of it. What i should do now, is there some way of get it back somehow? After i install it again i get the License Error.

  According to my knowledge. When we buy PI 3, they give us activation code and there are three authorization(three activation at a time when we buy),as in your case computer crushed and if you have re-formatted your computer you will be needing activation code to proceed, you still got two authorization left. In case if you have already used 3 activation then you must ask for Count Reset.

  You better contact woundertouch and provide them Payment details/Order No. e-mail etc.

  I think there should not be any problem.
