How to make the text remain through out after the text emitter effect. How to make lighting effect for text (something like those use in movies)

Not sure on lighting effects in Particle Illusion, but you could make the logo a single particle emitter and have it begin where the animated one ends. That should provide a smooth transition.
If it fits your project, it could also be set as a background image which does not appear until the appropriate time, but that may not work in all cases.
