I have a problem, when compositing a file from C4D in AE. I rendered out a cylinder and an .aec file to have camera data in AE. I want to add typographie in AE by adding CC Cylinder but it does not fit. Is there anything special I have to mention?? best, Felix

I don’t know what your CD4 cylinder contents are but you CAN layer two CC cylinders one inside other. Kinda tricky since they’re 2D objects they have to rest on top of each other in the timeline and the upper one has to have a larger radius and the upper-outer one has to have some areas of transparency so you can see through it to the one in the middle.

You can do this with CC Sphere, too. It’s cool. It’s how we did lots of 3D stuff before AE coudl do 3D.
