    Hello,

I’m using particleIllusion 3.0.1a Demo -version. I made video with lot of effects. I saved it to AVI-file and I noticed that in final AVI the quality of the picture is worse than the quality is in editing table.

Is this feature of demo version or is this feature also in FULL version?
I don’t want that the quality (of the picture) comes worse when I save my work to AVI.

    Thank you.

pI itself, demo or full version, won’t lower the quality of the final clip, that’s most likely something to do with the compression settings you’ve used. What codec did you use when saving out your final AVI? Uncompressed will give you the best quality but with a huge file size, other good options are the HuffyUV codec, XVID or DIVX at the highest quality setting.

    Hello,

I used “Cinepak Codec by radius”. I changed it to Uncompressed and the picture was like the original again. Yes the file size was very big with this, but now I know that I can try also other codecs. Thank you very much, Elvis!
