  Audio and Laptops

  Hi;
  I Added an Audio file to my timeline; trying to ram preview; can’t hear anything; it is a .wav file and am using a PC laptop.

  Are laptops different when it comes to audio than Desktops; in terms of shortcuts and rendering buttons? And How can I fix my problem?

  Any help

  The first thing I would do is check your audio outputs in the preferences. It may be set to the headphone jack for some odd reason.
