  hardware to convert SD 16×9 to 4×3 letterbox out to my Nexus?

  I am looking to replace my canon XL-H1 with 3 JVC GY-HM700U’s going into my Tricaster and out to my Leightronix Nexus box. Problem is, the JVC’s only do 16×9 and the Tricaster will not letterbox it to the 4×3 signal we must use for our public cable station (all in SD). Does anyone know of a piece of equipment I can attach between the Nexus and our composite connection back to the cable provider that will letterbox it to a 4×3 signal? I’ll love you and by you beer if you find something.
