Frame Number Speed Up
Posted by Pat Bray on November 4, 2008 at 3:16 pmHi
I’ve used the frame number expression and was wondering if there was a way of speeding it up so its perhaps, 3 times faster?

November 4, 2008 at 3:58 pmSorry, the expression I’ve added to the source text is:
timeToFrames()
I thought that if I somehow added a multiplier to it, it would speed up the counter….?

November 4, 2008 at 4:11 pmHehe. I can’t help out with the Expression but you should be able to TimeRemap the bugger. Also, setting your fps to a higher rate may help.

November 4, 2008 at 6:44 pmif you wanted to do it with an expression, you were correct, you would just add a multiplier… 3 times faster, just multiply by 3:
timeToFrames()*3

April 26, 2012 at 9:28 amHi
How would I edit the expression to make the numbers begin and end at certain values?
e.g. i’d like the expression to start with the numbers ‘800’ and finish at ‘999’.
Thanks
