  Getting A 70GB SD Feature Film to 4GB For Web Distrobution

  I have a job coming up that is an HD up convert from an SD source…its a feature film from years ago that the producer wants to put up online and sell directly to people by download…the service he wants to use to distribute this film online to people is reccomending it be 4GB….

  so basically im wondering if im going to be able to take a 70gb file and convert it to 4gb and still have it be good looking…? Just compress it like i would any old ProRes to h.264?

  Any tips?

  I used this calculator and it appears that you could get it down to 4.7GB, given it’s a 720 file, 24fps, and bitrate of 5 Mbps.
