  DV NTSC 4:3 passthrough in Compressor?

  I have footage captured in Final Cut which was captured in segmented files, due to a Fat-32 formated drive. So the files are 2GB + 0.2 GB = 10 minutes of DV NTSC footage, using Apple’s Final Cut DV NTSC codec. 2 files make up 10 minutes of footage with timecode (came from miniDV tape).

  I want to re-export (not recapture, the footage is over 30 hours!) these clips, so that the two combined files become a single 2.2 GB DV NTSC file.

  Is there a passthrough option in Compressor? So the footage retains the timecode and doesn’t loose any native image/sound qualities? If I chose DV NTSC 48khz codec, will this pasthrough be achieved or will it re-encode no matter waht?
