  Stack of Teacups

  hey there
  i’m putting together an animation and i want to animate a stack of teacups swaying in the wind.
  each teacup is on its on layer in photoshop so they be imported as a cropped composition.
  i guess i’m wondering what expression i would use to animate the top teacup then having a slight delay on the next cup and so on down the line.
  thanks for all your help… i am in aecs3
