  FLV stuttering slightly, but only when played in an SWF

  Even at very low datarates, when played through a SWF the flv stutters in areas…even when played locally. When I play the straight FLV in VLC media player, it is totally smooth. I am using Sorenson squeeze to compress the FLV, and Flash CS3 to import (with player controls) and create the SWF. I found another thread here that deals with this very issue, but it never got resolved. Anyone have any ideas?
