squeezed conversion 16:9 to 4:3
I have a 10 second spot shot in Panasonid HD (960X720 50fps)
The client needs the final spot in the following specs.
Mpg2 program stream (audio and video together) field order B (.mpg)
720:576 pixels, 25 fps. (Pal DVD) 24 bit, 4:3
Gop: 1
Gop : 12
I-Frame distance: 12
Reference distance: 3
I have managed to find and adjust all of the above besides I-Frame distance, Reference distance and field order inside compressor. Are they possible to set from compressor?
The final question, and this might be a bit n00b, but when coverting my 16:9 footage (960X720 50fps) to 4:3 (720X576 25fps) my export gets squeezed. I want to keep the aspect ration and just have the exported mpg2 file letterboxed.
I hope i make just a tad of sense.
Best regards
