    I have three questions —

    i have the following programs —-

    SQUEEZE and COMPRESSOR

    I want to do the following

    how do you convert a MOV to FLV

    how do you convert a MOV MPEG 2

    how do you convert a MOV to AVI

    Could someone please write out a step by step on how to do each one its extremely important

    Use the supplied presets in either program and applied them to your imported MOVs, it couldn’t be simpler!

    but there is nop option to convert to AVI on either

    well the MOV is

    720 x 576

    25 frames

    so i want to make the AVI similar

    Yes but AVI is a format, not a codec, what AVI codec do you need to export to?

    for personal viewing like a high res mpeg

    I try and avoid AVI unless it’s DV AVI.

    Have a go with this:

    https://www.divx.com/en/products/software/mac/divx

    It’s the most popular AVI codec.
