Please tell us more about your animation, like how long it is, the frame size, what Flash video settings you’ve tried etc etc etc etc.

its a 34 sec animation, when i export it from ae into a swf its 1110 frames, in cinema 4d it was a 600 fr animation. I used to have a partner that took over after i did the design work and now im pulling my hair out because im not really good at the getting it ready for the web part. Its 1080/720 and the client wants it down to 4 mb, plus i have flash mx.

Ok, sounds like you are in a bit of a mess..

Are you working with PAL 25FPS, NTSC 30FPS OR HD 24FPS?

make sure you have a consistent frame rate throughout your workflow

    It’s either 1920x1080
    or 1280x720

Which one does the client want?
