  MPEG 2 Maximum Resolution

  I am trying to export an animation from Apple’s Compressor as an MPEG2. The file’s size is 864×486. However, it seems as if I cannot export at a resolution greater than 720×480 when using the MPEG2 codec. Is this the maximum resolution allowed? The final deliverable will not be a DVD, but a file to be played on a PC connected to a plasma display. Any suggestions?
