Simply put, I want to make a teeny tiny file size and maintain resolution. I have a 5min DVNTSC Quicktime and a client who wants it to be under 18mbs total in flash player but look crisp.

The end frame size is something like 261 x144. Currently I am providing a compressed Photo Jpeg Quicktime to my Flash Player for further compression. But I wanted to know what is the best way for compressing video for Flash Player? For instance, going from HD Quicktime 1920×1080 4:2:2 Uncompressed to 240x160flv?

    My Options available for encoding:
    I have FCP 5.0
    Procoder 2 on the PC
    Cleaner 6.0
    Compressor 4.0
    Quicktime player 7.0 Pro
    Flash 8

Just an addition. I mean really small. Like 5-10mb small.
