    It’s all in the title. I am still learning the DOF in C4D so surely I am missing a key setting.

    what renderer? what is the scale of the scene? Can you post the file?

    Yeah, the scale thing is something I was wondering about. This is something I was wondering about and the original paths to Illustrator file is kinda huge. Thing is, I am getting reasonably good results with the emitter snow DOF, but I am thinking it might improve drastically too. Let me put together a .rar. Thanks Brian.

    I figured it out, thanks for your scale question!! My snowflake was WAY too huge. I have brought it down to a small enough size to where I am getting terrific DOF.
