I have a footage where the floor is not regular, it is sort of a desert slope, and I have modeled this floor so it matches the footage. then I added some rocks falling into the ground and simulated the collisions with it. I also added the shadow catcher shader to the floor, but when I render it, the shadows come out with some distance between the objects that are in contact to the ground, as if they were floating.
Does this new shader only works with planes that are straight planes? or there is some workaround on this?
I´ll give you the project file just with the floor and the settings to use the shadow catcher so you can see what i´m doing.

    Thank you.

your chunks are not actually ending on the ground, they end up hovering above (look at the Right view at about frame 140 or so) – take the cache off the dynamics – set Plane.1/Dynamics Body/Collision/Shape to Static Mesh and the Voronoi Fracture/Dynamics Body/Collision/Shape to Moving Mesh and rebuild the Cache. The objects should now end up actually on the Plane and the shadows should work out.

Thank you very much! I didn´t see that. I was punching my head because all the time I thought that the problem was the shadow catcher.
    Thank you again!
