  Truck Shifter boot bend?

  I’m trying to put together a truck gear shifter where the boot at the base of the shifter “bends” with the shifter. I tried several XPresso setups with a bend deformer, but nothing seems to work.

  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  boots around a shifter don’t bend (not like a bend deformer anyway) maybe bones would be better where you can control the boot with wighting like this 9400_shifter.c4d.zip
