  How to produce realistic hand gestures

  I am working on a few scenes which do not include any human figures, but which focus on hand tools and utensils undertaking daily tasks. For example a rolling pin rolling out dough.

  I’m stuck for ways to start generating the gesture of human hand which would be guiding the instrument, to recreate pressure and realistic erratic movement.

  I’m sure there is no catch all answer, but could anyone point me in the direction of further reading material, c4d tools, plugins or apps?
