TurbulenceFD Smoke/Fog
Hey guys! In my latest project I have been working very hard to create a decent looking fog animation in Cinema 4D. The look I am going for is very specific – a sort of rolling fog that has a very fractal and organic feel to it. Some examples of something similar could be seen here: https://vimeo.com/24059332 and https://footage.shutterstock.com/clip-3112120-stock-footage-pal-blue-billowing-ground-fog-swirls-and-flows-across-frame-loop.html
For this effect I chose to use the plugin TurbulenceFD. However, the problem I have been having is that my fog always ends up looking very soft and I can’t get it to billow or act dynamically (see attached picture to get an idea of where I am). I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to sharpen up my fog (make it more distinct) and act more fluidly. I’m sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in, but I am desperate for help. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
